It may be useful to know that we consider ourselves as the pro-services delivery team. We are not an LMS (Learning Management System). Everything we do together and everything we develop can either be used on our LMS, on a partition with your look and feel, or your own LMS – on whatever platform that may be. Our team is not tied to a platform – we’re your delivery partner!

At its core, an LMS must be the vehicle to deliver E-Learning. By directing users through a Learning Management System for on-demand training allows you to keep track of everyone who registers, and can follow and report back on learner progress. Furthermore, you’ll be able to capitalize on the captive audience by communicating key product and project information, offer reference manuals and downloads, get valuable feedback, and answer questions that typically flood your support desk. For end-customers using a new phone and UC platform, incorporating User Acceptance Testing ensures that you get the necessary user sign-off so that all projects are completed without delay.

Here’s a high-level view of what our capabilities are, and what we can deliver on our LMS:
• Instant access to pre-built courses from Snom, Yealink and Mitel, amongst others
• Personalization of any pre-built course to suit your specific goals and objectives, or new development as required
• Support for different types of media including video, text, slides, live, and additional integrations
• Assessments and assignments which can be pass-grade linked, surveys or assignments which require users to upload the assignment for educator assessment
• Issuing of a Certificate of Completion that can be advertised on social media to create brand awareness for your company
• Valuable Reporting and Insights on usage, consumption and progress
• We help with full journey mapping, development, delivery and management of the complete solution, with ongoing SLAs to keep learners engaged, increase revenue and loyalty, and optimize the platform based on engagement
• All learners loaded to the platform (manually via bulk upload or individual invite) have to be enrolled by an Admin – this can be a single course, a bundle of courses, or courses based on a “drip” campaign where learners are required to complete one course before they are served the next after a certain timeframe.

To give you an idea of Pricing:

These are guideline prices for our platform and services, however, these are usually firmed up based on our consultation.

Option 1: Course development from $300.00 ($45.00 per hour). This includes up to 12 Lessons/modules. A good example of the calibre of this course would be the Yealink course you will find on the site. With this option, courses are developed for exclusive use on comms-training.com and then costs from $3.00 per user to access the course/s (and bundle) for 30 days.
Option 2: Same as option 1, but without a user fee. Instead, SP’s pay a fixed price of $1,500.00 per month for unlimited users over an unlimited period.
Option 3: Fixed retainer of $2,400.00 which includes developing up to four courses per month.

With all our agreements there is no setup fee, and they run on a month-to-month agreement.
